Lucy...In a Costume

It's taken me at least 3 weeks to do this. I'm sorry it took so long. I finally answered the request from so freakin long ago from this guy:

I don't know what I was thinking when I did this... I tried to make Lucy...but It looks so...weird...her hands especially look messed up to me...

Oh well...I hope you guys like it anway....
